Greek Association of Interpreters-Translators Rare Languages recognizes the problems and of our industry and promotes a creative approach to making every effort to achieve the objectives, which were reported in the statutes of the association and have been selected unanimously by all founders. The main purpose of the association is the training of interpreter-translators of rare languages, through training programs and seminars to upgrade their professional skills and their subsequent recognition by the competent bodies. Our purpose stems from both the lack of training of interpreter-translators who speak rare languages, and by an increased need to provide language services, because of the recent refugee crisis that deeply affects Greece.
