Elevate Wellness and Recovery program supports the unique needs of individuals in the queer and trans community through compassion, expertise, and empathy.We provide trauma-specific mental health and addiction treatment for the LGBTQ+ community. Grounded in Polyvagal theory and assisting in gaining insight into an individuals attachment style, we utilize a number of different clinical and therapeutic modalities in order to provide client centered care.
