El's Kitchen manufactures gluten free snacks for the specialty food industry. Its two primary products are Medleys, a zesty snack mix available in three great flavors, and Bagel Snaps, the first commercially available gluten free bagel chip, which is also now selling in three varieties. The initial roll out of these snacks was in November 2010. In 2012 El's built 5,000 square feet of commercial kitchen space which is completely gluten-free. El's snacks are all certified gluten-free, while two of the Snaps flavors have recently been designated as non-GMO. El's is in stores nationwide and has several established relationships with major distributors.
