I am the Karen who is running The Karen Challenges and supporting people to embody anti-racism through my coaching program called Falling in Love with Discomfort. This program supports the deep work of personalizing the fundamentals and learning more about each person's individual life circumstances and how to engage in practices that develop anti-fragility, courage, and action in daily life.I am a psychotherapist specializing in responses to trauma using somatic and dialogic approaches. I am also an integration coach for using altered states and psychedelic experiences to support further personal growth and transformation. The body is key! In my consulting practice, I use embodied and prosocial approaches to coach leaders and teams toward organizational transformation.
