Vigoni is an historical bakery, born in 1878 with the creation of the original Torta Paradiso by Enrico Vigoni.The cake has been reproposed in various shapes during the years and its name has been frequently used for recepies of cakes based only on flavor, butter, sugar and eggs.There are two Vigoni stores in Pavia, the one in the main center of the city is the original and historical one.In the latest years the bakery has expanded its production and it sells the cake all over Italy in the grocery stores and supermarkets.Vigoni is also in the catering & banqueting business, organising dinners for events and receptions around Milano.
