Euonia, pronounced 'you-noi-ah', simply means '...a well mind...' or 'beautiful thinking'. Eunoia is a place where you can come to just be you. The beautiful, individual and uniquely special person you were created to be.I created Eunoia to give women (but also men alike) a space to recognise and find what makes them happy and to be in a place that supports this. Eunoia with Kasey isn't religious meditation, it's not hard, it's not about the breath or a mantra ... it is simply an opportunity to close your eyes, reset and let your true self shine through. Who are you when everything else is removed? What does your mind want to do when it's given permission to wander?
