Euonia, pronounced 'you-noi-ah', simply means '...a well mind...' or 'beautiful thinking'. Eunoia is a place where you can come to just be you. The beautiful, individual and uniquely special person you were created to be.I created Eunoia to give women (but also men alike) a space to recognise and find what makes them happy and to be in a place that supports this. Eunoia with Kasey isn't religious meditation, it's not hard, it's not about the breath or a mantra ... it is simply an opportunity to close your eyes, reset and let your true self shine through.
