Eva Wellness is a maternal mental health service and a supportive community for people at any point in their parenting journey. Eva Wellness was founded by Sarah Goodman, MSW, RSW and Mira (Blumenthal) Lax, two new moms who are passionate about maternal mental health and parental wellbeing. As new mothers during the COVID-19 pandemic, Mira and Sarah discovered the need for an online and offline community where parents can come together, share their experiences, and get the help they need.
