We would to explain that Evolution HR Services Pvt.Ltd. was formed in Nov,2014. In 2014 a combination of activities involving recruitment and payroll brought gross sales to INR 15 Lac. The company experienced steady growth since its inception in 2015. Last year gross sales From Nov. 2014 to Nov. 2015 of INR 19,94,438 were achieved. Signed contracts shows that Gross Sales are expected to be INR 1 Cr for 2016.Evolution HR Services Pvt.Ltd is involved in two activities:1. Recruitment2. Payroll90% of Gross Sales derive from Recruitment. .The company’s short term objective within one year (2016) to increase activities in both the divisions, and to achieve the annual profit of INR 7 Cr In 2016. Its long term objective is to maintain a sales level of INR 20 Cr per year see appendix 1 and move into other business activities related to recruitment as per future market trends. To implement these objectives the company is seeking and investment of INR 8 Cr to 10 Cr.
