Signed contracts shows that Gross Sales are expected to be INR 1 Cr for 2016.Evolution HR Services Pvt.Ltd is involved in two activities:1. Recruitment2. Payroll90% of Gross Sales derive from Recruitment. .The company’s short term objective within one year (2016) to increase activities in both the divisions, and to achieve the annual profit of INR 7 Cr In 2016. Its long term objective is to maintain a sales level of INR 20 Cr per year see appendix 1 and move into other business activities related to recruitment as per future market trends.
