Kippen Railway Station, now home to our brewery, sits at the foot of the Fintry Hills in the heart of rural Stirlingshire.We brew modern interpretations of classic styles, with an emphasis on bold flavours and new world hops.Living and working in such an inspirational setting has a huge influence on every part of our business. From our back door we can see the striking peaks of Ben Lomond, Ben Ledi, Ben Venue, Ben Vorlich and Stuc a' Chroin – the mountain range silhouette that graces our cans.It also makes us very aware of the natural environment around us, from running the brewery using electricity from 100% renewable sources (via Good Energy), to all our waste malt going to local farmers for cattle feed, and waste hops composted for the garden. Ultimately, we aim to produce the best possible beers we can, retaining the maximum flavour and aroma possible. We brew with pure, soft Scottish water, the highest quality malts, aromatic hops from around the world, and our favourite yeast strains. Our full range is unfiltered, and as our kegs and cans are unfined, they are also 100% vegan friendly.
