Strategic consultancy specializing in communications, marketing, social and digital media, influencer activations and conference/event production including speaker procurement and curation. Created leading cause-based blog The Causemopolitan in 2008 and act a writer, speaker, expert on cause for brands and nonprofits. From 2006-2008, a primary focus was organizing volunteer and networking events for socially conscious young professionals in the Los Angeles area. By connecting like-minded people in activities that had both "giving back" and "having fun" activities, professionals were more likely to donate their time again and also donate financially or get their companies involved on a in-kind basis. In addition, I've created fundraising structures for nonprofits and "culture of giving" strategy for for-profit ventures. I have planned conferences and fundraisers including golf tournaments, art walks and auctions.
