FBA Federal Litigation Section Details
The Federal Litigation Section the largest section in the FBA, and in many ways, it is the heart of our Association. Our members deal with every aspect of federal litigation, not just in the federal judiciary and civil practitioners who appear in federal courts, but also federal prosecutors and litigators who appear before federal agencies. Over the past decade, the events and activities of this Section have touched every corner of the FBA through events run by our section, co-sponsored with other sections or with our local chapters. We offer many ways to get involved in section's activities: by serving on one of our standing committees; by contributing to SideBar, our award-winning newsletter; by being on a planning committee for one of our national events, such as our series on federal civil procedure organized in conjunction with The Wagstaffe Group and Lexis/Nexis; and by presenting at one of our sponsored events in cooperation with your local FBA chapter.Our members work together to fulfill the FBA's mission of strengthening the federal legal system and administration of justice.
