Our Mission is to teach ALL children basic fire safety procedures. Fearless Fire Drills is a revolutionary fire safety program that directly teaches fire safety procedures. Fire alarms can be extremely disturbing to young children and children with special needs. Fearless Fire Drills introduces the fire alarm and proper fire drill procedure in a gradual, nonthreatening manner. Founded by speech therapist, an occupational therapist and a mother of an autistic child, we have first-hand experience in seeing how the fire drill system at daycares and schools can sometimes be flawed due to well-meaning educators wanting to protect those children who are upset by the fire drills by removing them from the situation.Fearless the Fire Dog, with the help of a teacher or therapist, leads children through six short lessons–perfect for a preschool or kindergarten center activity! The copyrighted, progressive curriculum incorporates a fire alarm simulator, social stories, peer modeling videos, and interactive software.Most children will complete the course after six lessons, but children with sensory processing issues may repeat troubling steps until they are comfortable to move forward with the next lesson. This helps ensure ALL children will be able to perform fire safety procedures in the event of a drill or a true emergency!Fearless Fire Drills is easy to implement, it helps schools reduce liability, and most importantly, it's a proven curriculum that teaches children basic safety procedures. Annual subscription to the Fearless Fire Drills program includes:- 1 year use of the kit hardware (Fire Alarm Simulator, Curriculum Lesson Quick Guide, and 1 Set of Noise Cancelling Headphones)- 1 year use of online software program for up to 100 students- 1 year access to online training videos for teachers or therapists- 1 year access to full curriculum manual online
