FSW was established in 2019 but launched online on Feb. 2020 because of how life goes and having overlapping commitments and responsibilities. Ultimately, my observations of, and belief in, women's strength and self-knowledge shaped the FSW motto and mission: "Helping women use their wisdom to grow, pivot, and thrive." For more information go to https://femininesagewisdom.com/. Join the FSW Circle for more 1:1 connection and authenticity, read topics of empowerment on the FSW Blog, or take the free FSW Quiz to see where you're at with living a full life. All of these things are free to make this work more accessible to you and your connections.More about language use: regarding the use of "women" and "womxn:" My choice to use 'womxn' is 'simple' in a whole world full of gray, non-linear experiences, beliefs, and lifestyles. There are plenty of 'women' who identify as such, and there are also 'womxn/womyn' who identify as they do. Either way, as I use the terms, I want women/womxn/womyn to feel cared for by myself/FSW, because we are all extraordinary beings.More about me: from having a social work background and working in the nonprofit sector, to being a devoted humanist and historian, I have worked with varying organizations, teams, and clients. These experiences made something abundantly clear: women are inherently wise, not meant to be at the mercy of others, and can undoubtedly thrive from their self-knowledge. Thus, FSW began to better serve women/womxn and my life purpose is to help them connect with and utilize their own innate wisdom to live holistically happier, and healthier lives.
