Our Mission First Person LLC provides strategy and smart leadership for socially responsible organizations. Our mission is to create a plan, lead your organization to growth and turn your organization back over to you to sustain. We are your first call when you want to grow your organization. Our Philosophy Inspired by the behavior of geese, First Person's leadership model is based on the principles of clear communication, compelling structure and team leadership in which each member has a meaningful role and shared responsibility. Geese work together instinctively and we teach you to work together like a flock of geese. We build your team and guide the formation of the most natural and efficient flight structure. Like the flying V, our leadership structure has a defined leader at all times and while we are working with you, we serve as the front goose and lead your team. As with geese, the leader must eventually rotate to another position in the formation, knowing the right time to fall back and let one of the others lead. Our goal is to develop a plan, implement a leadership structure and step back to let you lead your organization in the right direction. Our Clients First Person works exclusively with nonprofits and small to medium-sized socially responsible for-profit enterprises.
