We are a very small craft cidery currently producing about 4,000 bottles of our unique hand-made sparkling hard cider each year. Our alcohol content varies a bit by batch, but is around 8.5% by volume.Our cider is named for both our beloved relative and the scenic creek that winds past the farm. We are proud of our heritage and offer our cider as its hallmark.
