For new moms, you have the additional perk of bringing your baby (under 1 years old) to your session or class with no additional charge.Not a mom? Not to worry, fit mama has you covered. Our training philosophy is to build strong bodies using your bodyweight and/or weight resistance. This type of training is suitable for everyone. Equally important to strength is mobility. We incorporate yoga and Animal Flow to your workout to help you open up through your joints to prevent injury as you build strength.
