We are Fitzroy's best kept training secret. The first gym in Fitzroy and the first 24 hour gym in Fitzroy with more space than you can swing a wooden dowel in. We're independently owned and operated, which allows us to be totally unique in the space we offer. Think everything you love about Fitzroy; wooden pillars, high pitched ceilings, wicked view of our beloved city, murals, pot plants and sweet sweet tunes…..with the smell of coffee (and sometimes bacon) from our awesome neighbours downstairs Sir Charles Fitzroy getting you through those early morning training sessions. We offer an ambiance and atmosphere that reflects the incredible culture and community of the 3065.Our community are the number one reason why we've been going strong for over 30 years - we have an amazing crew of friendly locals who love to train with us. There's nothing intimidating about our gym - everyone is welcome and encouraged by staff, trainers and fellow members to achieve their fitness goals.Most 24 Hour Gyms are small and boxy.We have 800 m2 of floor space, allowing us to offer you a much greater range of equipment and services – such as a free sauna (old school baby, one in the men's and one in the women's) floor space to train with a friend, Life Fitness cardio and strength machines, Synergy Fitness functional training rig, Synergy Fitness cardio machines, NC Fitness rings and much more.
