We are all about a holistic approach to food, what you eat, your lifestyle, health and well being. The main focus of food you will find here is based on my belief that food is the basis of our wellness both physically and emotionally. I favour food preparation styles that are: CLEAN ~ as close to possible to its natural or source state. RAW ~ foods that have been prepared without heat (>42C), gluten or animal products. GLUTEN FREE ~ foods prepared traditionally using alternative ingredients without gluten.We offer our collection of free recipes, a weekly blog and cooking class information. There are other food preparation styles I dabble with, such as Paleo & Wholefood At Natalie Bennett Food we also believe that judgement plays no part in your emotional well being so far as food is concerned, and we are not here to preach what is right or wrong, promoting what is beneficial and focusing on the positive rather than the negative.
