We are all about a holistic approach to food, what you eat, your lifestyle, health and well being. The main focus of food you will find here is based on my belief that food is the basis of our wellness both physically and emotionally. I favour food preparation styles that are: CLEAN ~ as close to possible to its natural or source state. RAW ~ foods that have been prepared without heat (>42C), gluten or animal products. GLUTEN FREE ~ foods prepared traditionally using alternative ingredients without gluten.We offer our collection of free recipes, a weekly blog and cooking class information.
