Flying Diamond Beef was created in 2020 by 3 women that have a passion for the Cattle and Beef business and are pursing educating consumers and changingperceptions from the Front Range of Colorado to the banks of the Missouri River in Omaha and anywhere else Flying Diamond Beef is being enjoyed...one steak at a time.By sourcing Red Angus cattle that are grass grown and grain finished from Wilson Ranch in Lakeside NE, Flying Diamond Beef (FDB) is able to utilize over 130 years of legacy and improvements that make our final product exceptional. We rely on full individual animal management and incorporate carcass performance with feed performance and herd management with genetic evaluation via Genomics to make informed decisions that impact the quality of the herd and our beef and assure a great eating experience every time.Ordering through our online store makes it easy to buy, and with a pickup/delivery area from Denver to Omaha and full shipping via UPS and Southwest AirCargo, we can get your desired amount of beef to you anywhere in the US.
