Focus 2040 is a competition facilitated by McMaster University's DeGroote School of Business in association with SCNetwork. The program reaches over 160,000 undergraduate and graduate level students across Canada. The program challenges students to predict the world of work in the year 2040. The question promotes forward thinking and encourages students to think "outside of the box." Focus 2040 is the first of its kind in the Human Resource Management and Organizational Strategy domain, and leverages the value of industry-academic affiliation to deliver experiential learning.
