Foundation AC (Architecture + Construction) is founded on the principle of understanding how materials and space work together to create compelling environments and structures. As architects we pursue simple and beautiful designs that celebrate the true nature of the built environment. While we thoroughly enjoy the process of design, we also know construction and all it entails, including what the words "schedule" and "budget" mean and why they are often foremost in our client's minds. We are a licensed architecture and construction company, specializing in commercial tenant improvements, adaptive reuse of industrial buildings, and creative office renovations. At Foundation AC, we believe in giving back to our local community, and so we support our local schools in an effort to encourage and teach the next generation of designers and builders.
