We offer German-speaking women of all ages the opportunity to explore and experience Barcelona like a local for a long weekend. Off the beaten track, in a small group of max. 10 like-minded travellers, visiting places that are not in many guide books, meeting locals and delving into Catalan culture and gastronomy.We love Barcelona and want to share its beauty and contradictions, but also want to make sure that it keeps its unique charme. Which is why we steer away from big crowds, explore secret gems, visit local entrepreneurs and small nice shops and restaurants, to support the local economy. We have decided to create this experience primarily for female solo travellers, since we feel that when travelling women join forces they create a very special energy. Our brand name Freisen actually derives from "women" and "travelling" in German.
