Friends of Royal Alberta Museum Society (FRAMS) was established in 1982 by a group of citizens dedicated to maintaining and encouraging a high level of public support for the Royal Alberta Museum. FRAMS is comprised of a volunteer board of directors and general members.FRAMS is involved in fundraising and friend-raising, acquiring artifacts to expand the museum's collections, and supporting museum and FRAMS programs. FRAMS primary role is to serve as a dynamic link between the museum and the community at large.FRAMS projects contribute to the museum's ability to explore, preserve, and interpret Alberta's natural and human histories to Albertans and the world.
