Fuori di Zucca is an association of the historic center of Perugia whose history begins in 2015. The association believes in food sovereignty, direct producer-consumer relationship, respect for workers and fair pay, respecting environment, relationship between food and health, sustainable development and social cooperation.The Ethical Purchasing Group is currently the main activity. The group buy together food products directly from local small producers (vegetables, vegetables, cheeses, bread, yogurt, wine, fruit, pasta, flour, legumes, eggs, etc.). Fuori di Zucca uses a collective management system that allows to share the time to be used for the orders and the distribution of the products among the members. Fuori di Zucca aims at developing a small community of aware neighborhood that does the shopping together and cooperates to self-guarantee the group's food sovereignty, trying to extend its support even to those who are in disadvantaged conditions.
