Georgian Association of Clinical Investigators was founded on July 19, 2018 by an initiative group. The main perspective of association activities is to create a platform for professional retraining to develop clinical studies field; including opening of GCP Training Center, becoming a member of international profile organizations, growing public awareness of clinical trials.Individuals as well as medical institutions and other organizations can become members of the association.Goal of the association is promoting development of clinical trials in Georgia, creating professional community of clinical researchers, defending rights and interests of organizations and researchers occupied in clinical studies, creating suggestions and recommendations to refine regulating laws of clinical trials and advocating clinical trials in legislative and executive governing institutions.Our mission is to promote excellence in clinical research. Our vision is that clinical research is performed ethically, responsibly, and professionally everywhere in the world. GACI supports clinical research professionals through membership, training, development and certification.
