GAIA GAYA is a social enterprise based in the Philippines, and we develop sustainability-conscious leaders and their communities.We envision becoming the heart of collective leadership for sustainability and contributing to the achievement of the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030.GAIA GAYA develops sustainability-conscious leaders and their community by raising awareness, inspiring action, and catalyzing collaborations to make SDGs everybody's business.GAIA GAYA's founding members and current core team members are all professional coaches and facilitators with decades of experience in organizational development, leadership development, adult learning, and education. We came together and created GAIA GAYA to utilize our skills and expertise to impact in creating a more sustainable world. GAIA GAYA practices Theory U, awareness-based change leadership principles, methodologies, processes, and tools developed by Dr. Otto Scharmer of MIT with his team at the Presencing Institute. We are active participants in the global community of Theory U practitioners. GAIA GAYA was born from a project that joined the u.lab 2x program, An Accelerator for Systems Transformation, facilitated by the Presencing Institute in 2020.Our core tool as an entry point of sustainability-conscious leadership development is the Possible World Game. It is a multiplayer, facilitated online game that cultivates possibilities for transforming ourselves and the world.Possible World Game is a tool to discover ourselves, see the possibilities, and become aware of the impacts of our own decisions and actions on the world.
