The Girls Advocacy, Leadership & Education(GALE) Programme is a leadership and advocacy education programme that works with girls between the ages of 14 and 21 years.The objective of our programme is to get girls excited about leadership and community building. We hope to help shape future problem-solvers and pioneers. Our work is to offer girls platforms to discuss current issues and challenge them to find actionable solutions to these issues. We are driven to empower young leaders in every aspect of our programme and we would like to partner with you in shaping the future of our country. Our current programme seeks to achieve the following objectives:Train up facilitators in different communities to offer maximum reach to girls anywhere.Recruit girls to make use of our programme to build their confidence, learn valuable leadership skills and gain information on personal and professional development opportunities. Provide girls who require it GALE Power Packs- these are basic monthly toiletries such as sanitary products, soap, toothpaste, lotion, and roll ons Partner with other women empowerment organisations to empower women across the continentProvide courses for girls to enrol to after eight week programme
