General American LNG, LLC ("GALNG") is advancing the use of natural gas in the United States and abroad through key initiatives to exploit massive reserves discovered and tapped through state-of-the-art drilling and fracking technology.Natural gas, already widely in use in countries such as China, Brazil, and Japan, is in early stages of application in the U.S. Therefore, both domestic and international markets provide opportunity for exponential growth and revenue in the coming decades.Natural gas offers tremendous advantages over gasoline including: an abundant domestic supply, an economical price almost one half that of gasoline; and far fewer emissions. Natural is now an important transitional fuel for the next 100 years as we move from fossil fuels to hydrogen technologies. Tremendous growth can be seen in use of liquid natural gas (LNG) in the trucking industry, compressed natural gas (CNG) in light trucks and automobiles, and the growth of nationwide fueling stations to support these expanding fleets and individual transportation needs.GALNG is pursuing a major long-term initiative to establish an LNG export facility to meet growing worldwide demand for low cost and plentiful American LNG. The facility will be located on the Gulf Coast of the United States and capable of eight million tons per annum in its first phase, beginning 2022-2024. A prime, ideal location for the operation has been located and purchase option agreement for the land are in place.All key participants in the venture are engaged, including government, legal, environmental, engineering, and management personnel and contractors. A critical path timeline with milestones is complete, and advancements continue in obtaining the necessary feasibility studies, licenses, and approvals required.
