With our new social media tools and information technologies, more and more people are learning to engineer generosity into a source of growth.Skype offers people to call their friends for free, and thrives. Coca-Cola develops programs to give work to the unemployed in Latin America, and ensures it allows them to build distribution deep into the places where they need to sell. Greenpeace offers people to be the co-owner of their new "Rainbow Warrior", and builds a stronger community of supporters. But maybe we are not learning fast enough. Making generosity pay is an art as much as it is a skill that can be harnessed by many of us. Hence with the launch of Generosity Pays, innate motion wants to initiate an inspiration hub for a community of crafters more dedicated to making the craft of generosity work for us, for our businesses and for the world at large.
