Our treatment plans include initial comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and counseling/psychotherapy. Our practice is a family-based practice and will help clients of all ages.Our practice was established in 2018, and is owned and operated by Dr. Chioma Obiukwu, DNP/APN PHMNP-BC. Dr. Chioma Obiukwu is a doctorate prepared certified psychiatric nurse practicioner. Her goal is to provide individualized and client-focused care utilizing a psychosocial and holistic approach to vesture stability and improve her client's condition. She is compassionate, personable, empathetic and very patient. She will work with the individual patient to help them reach their goal.
