Engaging closely with CEOs and Senior Leaders, we provide a professional consultancy service, offering over a decade of expertise and leadership in equality, diversity and inclusion change strategy. Managing Director, Laura Evans, founded Glass Ceilings Change Management in 2020 in response to reports that certain groups of employees were disproportionately affected by Covid-19 and an increasing public awareness of workplace inequalities. Glass Ceilings Change Management analyses trends, facilitates employee engagement and uses behavioural insights to design strategic interventions that remove unconscious bias from organisation design and development, policies and processes. We also offer bespoke training in inclusion, unconscious bias, and equality impact assessments.We will get to the heart of issues without judgement, clearly and sensitively articulate tangible actions to resolve them in the short, medium and long term. Outcomes will be tailored to the specific needs of the organisation – there is no ‘one size fits all' approach - and could range from bespoke short projects to developing and implementing large scale transformation programmes taking account of people from a variety of backgrounds.
