Glass Ceilings Change Management analyses trends, facilitates employee engagement and uses behavioural insights to design strategic interventions that remove unconscious bias from organisation design and development, policies and processes. We also offer bespoke training in inclusion, unconscious bias, and equality impact assessments.We will get to the heart of issues without judgement, clearly and sensitively articulate tangible actions to resolve them in the short, medium and long term.
