With GTEP, learners acquire skills and knowledge through Active training programs, workshops and exchange programs (both for faculties and students) done in 4 Phases.- Phase 1 & 2 are conducted in India wherein, Phase 2 is held by UK trainers in India itself.- Phase 3 & 4 are conducted in United Kingdom wherein, selected learners from phase 1 & 2 get through to this phaseGTEP has two Program: 'International Faculty Development Program-iFDP' & 'International Student Empowerment Program-iSEP'1) iFDP is a Faculty Exchange Program which is aimed to rethink and revamp the way of teaching in the world of work, where Teachers adopt the role of a FACILITATOR and constantly motivate students to accept newer challenges. The main focus of this program is EMPLOY-ABILITY SKILL DEVELOPMENT in 'WORK-INTEGRATED LEARNING. 2) iSEP is a Student Immersion Program which is aimed to prepare learners for the global economy in the WORLD OF WORK. The Student Immersion Programs focuses on empowering students with better 'EMPLOY-ABILITY SKILLS' which evolve them into a better version and make them ready for the 21st Century 'WORLD OF WORK'. GTEP has a unique team of experts of different nationalities having a global academic and industrial experience.
