The Developer Student Club at the University of Windsor provides students with the opportunity to put their developer skills to work by working on real world projects for local companies and the local community. Past projects have been drawn from a wide variety of topics including medtech, diversity in STEM, a social enterprise for empowering women, and many more.Beyond developing their coding abilities, students will also have the opportunity to gain valuable critical thinking and project management skills. This will be through their thought process of formulating a solution to the presented problem and their ability to successfully deliver said solution to the client - on time and satisfying all necessary criteria. Aside from the projects, a number of workshops and e-learning sessions will be conducted throughout the year to further enhance student's developer skills in a fun and interactive environment.
