This was achieved through working with the Energy Savings Trust to reduce emissions in addition to offsetting emissions through planting trees. We encourage our tenants to reduce emissions and supply helpful advice as to how they can do this. In addition, we are in the process of switching our properties under management to energy suppliers to Scottish and Southern Hydro Electric - a green energy source. We encourage tenants to remain with this supplier, although we understand they have freedon of choice.Our business is committed to doing the right thing, and playing a part in reducing climate change.
