We have a number of superb flats to rent and houses to rent in cities across Scotland and England, and provide property management services to landlords within the UK and based overseas. We're open and honest about what we can achieve from the start, and will go the extra mile to make customers feel special.About Our Commitment to the EnvironmentGrant Management is proud to have achieved carbon neutral status in December 2006. This was achieved through working with the Energy Savings Trust to reduce emissions in addition to offsetting emissions through planting trees. We encourage our tenants to reduce emissions and supply helpful advice as to how they can do this. In addition, we are in the process of switching our properties under management to energy suppliers to Scottish and Southern Hydro Electric - a green energy source. We encourage tenants to remain with this supplier, although we understand they have freedon of choice.Our business is committed to doing the right thing, and playing a part in reducing climate change.
