GreenThinker DC was founded in 2019 to promote zero/low waste living in DC through education and support. Too much of our daily life revolves around disposable products and throwing stuff away. In reality there is no 'away' and our ever-growing pollution problem is harming both people and the planet. We strive to encourage individuals and organizations to learn more about and practicing environmentally-friendly habits. GreenThinker DC hosts a weekly support group for those trying to reduce their waste and carbon footprint. We hope you will join us on this journey to promote sustainable alternatives to the wasteful status quo.
