Hanseland Kimyevi Ürn. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., Hanseland Türkiye for short, is founded in 2004 by Hanseland BV which is located in the Netherlands. Hanseland Türkiye started in Istanbul and in 2005 the company purchased 37.000m2 industrial land in the area of Izmir. In March 2006 a production facility was realised and ready for production. Hanseland Türkiye's production facility is specialised in the production of modified starches and instant powders. Modified starches have a large range of application; some examples of fields of applications are, oil & gas drilling operations, textile industry and paper & packaging industry. Hanseland Türkiye's instant powders are made from lentil, rice, bean, pea, tomato and yoghurt and produced under the name INTIBO. The INTIBO products are used by the food processing industry for convenience foods such as instant soup mixes, tarhana, instant köfte mixes, bakery cakes, salty snacks, instant pudding, vegetarian burgers, lentil dumplings, pappadums. The technical and chemical service team combines over 120 years of working experience in development, production and application of modified starches.
