HD3 Sports Performance Training, LLC is a limited liability company formed in Beaumont, Texas 2010 serving the Dallas and North Texas area. HD3 quickly gained recognition in sports performance training where the company began working with several NFL players; thus servicing the Dallas Vigilantes in April 2011 for pre-game therapy needs & sports performance training. From past events including the American Airlines Center to being the official corporate wellness program of the Galleria Office Towers at the Dallas Galleria (2013-2016); to having a Pro Scouting Workout Event for Free Agents on the 2016 NFL calendar, to hosting our public 9am Saturday fitness class "INTENSE WORKOUTS" at Klyde Warren Park since 2016; HD3 is the next level of lifestyle no matter an individual's occupation.
