We are a non-profit consulting firm. Guided by Indigenous-centered healing, HRI weaves together opportunities to take responsibility for historical and ongoing traumas to invoke our shared humanity. We provide the following services to organizations, land trusts, foundations, state agencies and companies; when invited to do so by the Indigenous leaders or Tribes from the land where the services shall be offered. EDUCATION: We provide an educational training program for those who seek to be in right relations with Indigenous peoples, including board, leadership team and staff trainings.FACILITATION: We provide circle process facilitation services, in support of listening, and in honor of the shared humanity of everyone in the circle.COMMITMENTS CONSULTING: We provide consulting for those who seek assistance with implementing the commitments they seek to make, through written agreements, policy changes and procedure implementation.Please support our work by making a donation on our website.
