Health Systems & Reform (HS&R) is the leading peer-reviewed, Open Access journal dedicated to bridging research, theory, and analysis with knowledge and experience in this field.The world confronts mounting challenges — aging, chronic diseases, emerging and persistent infectious diseases, and high-cost healthcare technologies —that require innovative, equitable, and cost-effective approaches to healthcare delivery and reform. HS&R addresses these challenges as an international journal dedicated to catalyzing cross-national knowledge transfer and translation.The journal seeks to publish articles that share cutting-edge knowledge, skills, and lessons in health systems and reform.
