I work with clients to discover what that is and how they can use that to live their healthiest and happiest life. I believe that movement and weight-bearing activities are key, not only for physical fitness but to have the stamina and readiness to take on whatever life throws your way!Healthy MindAs you begin to develop more physical strength you will notice a mindset shift. This comes in part from our body's physiological response to exercise, and in part from learning to push past our own limits in our training program. A healthy and clear mind helps us think rationally during moments of stress and distress.
