I am certified Personal Performance Coach/DISC assessor specialising in Wellbeing and Personal Development in my clients personal and professional lives, this may include elements of confidence, motivation, mindset or something else altogether.Coaching can transform your life, its a solution focused process that if you are truly committed to change, it unlocks your potential, maximises your development and gets results. It helps you to bridge the gap from where you are now to where you want to be, far more effectively than if you worked alone or unsupported. I coach based on the belief that we all have within us the ability to find our own solutions.Life truly begins when you take responsibility and commit to taking action. When you think differently, you do differently.I value compassion and integrity and serve my clients powerfully, creating space for them to think and open new avenues of thinking. I believe magic happens in deep conversations and showing up and being truly present for my clients is my purpose.There is no single approach that works for everyone so my coaching is bespoke for each of my clients.I continue to educate myself to become the best version of me and have my own coach.Previously, I spent 20 years working in recruitment and HR and value the experience and insight it has given me about people.I qualified as a Harmonizing Emotional Wellbeing Coach with Dawn Breslin, Founder of the Harmonizing Alignment Process in March 21. This 10 session process strengthens and prepares us to make the essential life changes we need to live in harmony with our true potential and our natural flow of energy and vitality. This is a gentle step by step process whereby aspects of our life are systematically reviewed and realigned to strengthen our foundation of confidence, courage and resilience. By re-aligning our life choices with our core values, positive thinking patterns and optimal behaviours we power up our whole system to realise our potential.
