Helicopters Without Borders delivers essential services and supplies to improve access to health care and wellness in Canada.Across Canada, thousands of people in rural and remote communities are negatively impacted by inefficient supply chains due to geography, poor transportation infrastructure, and severe seasonal weather. Helicopters Without Borders believes that access to quality health care services and essential supplies are fundamental human rights. In 2021, we delivered 3,815 vaccines to isolated Indigenous communities, transported over 36,000 pounds of cargo which included fresh produce, non-perishables, medical supplies, PPE, medications, winter apparel, school supplies, COVID-19 tests, hygiene kits, and air purifiers for homes affected by the BC wildfires.
