Simplicity is the outcome of my experience with the following lessons learned:1) "The process is not The Thing." "If the process becomes the proxy for the result you want, it's always worth asking: do you own the process or does the process own you?" Bezos (Amazon). It's an opportunity to investigate and improve the way things works across an organization, to make sure we are make it right by doing the right things, in the right way. 2) "Making the simple complicated is commonplace; making the complicated simple, that's creativity." For me, a product should demonstrate the excellence in simplicity by keeping things simple, practical, in quality, with great usability for the end-users.3) "Build awesome products in the right way."As a Product Owner, it's important first to share:- why you build the product;- how it serves customer needs; - the values it deliver,- and how to measure it.4) Be Agile, do Agile, by applying the agile values and principles, not only in product development, but across your organization. It's the best way to build awesome product, and making the people who building it, using it, feeling awesome. One of the most interesting approach is Modern Agile which is a great way to simpler, sturdier, more streamlined ways to be agile and do Agile. Are you looking for a Product-Minded Head of Operations/Production (PrOps) ?
