Hentec Industry Co,. Ltd is located in Jiangyin City, which is only one and half hours away from Shanghai by car. Our company introduced the major equipment from German and Taiwan,including 8 casting furnaces, 25 aluminum extruding process lines at 660-4000 ton levels, 6 process lines for anodizing, 3 powder spray-coating lines, 1 FC spray-coating line and 40 sets of module processing equipment, which formed a productive capacity of 80,000 tons aluminum extrusion profile per annum (50% of those material are used for industrial purpose). Major products include the profiles for curtain walls designed for environmental protection and energy conservation in suite type, and more value-added products e.g. the profile for refrigeration containers and high-tech complex profile for photovoltaic solar energy, all products have salability both in domestic and foreign markets. Our company has passed the authentication of internal quality system ISO 9001-2000 and the authentication of international environment management system of ISO 14000:2004. At Hentec, we use advanced and stringent quality control measures to assist us in keeping the quality of our aluminium profiles, aluminium doors and windows, etc., at the highest level possible. In order to achieve this: 1. Internationally advanced production equipment is invested and optical spectrum analyzers from Germany to conduct thorough quality inspections are imported. 2.
