Our company introduced the major equipment from German and Taiwan,including 8 casting furnaces, 25 aluminum extruding process lines at 660-4000 ton levels, 6 process lines for anodizing, 3 powder spray-coating lines, 1 FC spray-coating line and 40 sets of module processing equipment, which formed a productive capacity of 80,000 tons aluminum extrusion profile per annum (50% of those material are used for industrial purpose). Major products include the profiles for curtain walls designed for environmental protection and energy conservation in suite type, and more value-added products e.g. the profile for refrigeration containers and high-tech complex profile for photovoltaic solar energy, all products have salability both in domestic and foreign markets. Our company has passed the authentication of internal quality system ISO 9001-2000 and the authentication of international environment management system of ISO 14000:2004. At Hentec, we use advanced and stringent quality control measures to assist us in keeping the quality of our aluminium profiles, aluminium doors and windows, etc., at the highest level possible.
